Nestor's story

Néstor, 64, is a father living with his wife and children in his own house that only has electricity and is located in Olmos District belonging to Lambayeque Department. This zone is noted for farming and animal husbandry.

Néstor has been raising sheep to sell for several years now. His corral, which is ample and appropriate, is located in his back yard. He feeds them nutritionally balanced feed and natural grasses and once they reach optimal growth he sells them in the various local markets thus earning good profits to cover his household’s daily expenses.

He has asked Edpyme Alternativa for a 2000 new sol loan to buy more animals and their respective feed. With income obtained he will be able to repay the loan and improve his family’s quality of life. Néstor is a hardworking, responsible man whose only goal is that his children prosper and that he has economic improvements so that he can provide them with higher education.
