Margret is a 30 year old widow with three children, all attend school. Margret is a tailor and mainly sews school uniforms. With the KIVA loan, she intends to buy a Baby Lock sewing machine. Agnes has a brick laying business and wants to use the loan to expand it. Rose offers catering services and wants to buy food warmers. Scovia sells African craft for a living and would like to expand her inventory of raw materials.


This is a group loan. The loan funds will be distributed among the group members, each of whom will invest in her own business. The members mutually guarantee one another's loans. If one member does not repay, the other members are responsible.
