Jenny Beatriz's story

Jenny is a member of the Pan de Azúcar (Sugar Loaf) Communal Bank. She lives in a beautiful part of the city of Cuenca. This city is known for its beautiful architecture, its warm and friendly people, and its captivating and varied gastronomy.

Jenny is 27 years old and single. She lives with her parents and helps with the household expenses. She does not have her own house, so she lives in her relative’s house.

A little while ago she set up her own business, a snack bar. She works there from Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. until 7:00 p.m. She has also been selling clothes for five years.

She has been a member of the communal bank for one year. This new loan is to buy tables and chairs for her place.

Her goal is to expand her snack bar.
