Kuña Katupyry Group's story

This group is composed of 15 very hardworking women who joined together to form a group – a communal bank supported by Fundación Paraguaya. They are currently in the ninth cycle where they are committed as a group and the key to their success is possessing an enterprising spirit. They all live in the city of Caaguazú and are very excited about continuing making progress and growing more each day. Hilaria sells all sorts of clothing. She comments that she’s been doing this for some time now so she has a well-defined clientele. This has been her and her family’s source of support and thanks to her work she’s been able to earn the necessary resources to support her household. She requests the loan to buy clothes like pants, t-shirts and shirts for subsequent resale. She thanks the Fundación for the opportunity it gives her.
