Tamara's story

Tamara was born in 1957, in the town of Kapan. After graduating from a secondary school, Tamara went to a professional technical college. Tamara is a widow. Her son, daughter-in-law and a two-year-old granddaughter live with her. Her son is involved in construction and repair work, and daughter-in-law works at the Kapan mining-enriching factory. Since 1997, Tamara has been involved in sales of clothing and shoes at the Kapan city market, where she leases a space. She sells women's, men's, children's clothing, shoes and undergarments. She buys her merchandise once per month in Yerevan. Thanks to her business, Tamara helps her son and daughter-in-law to support their family. She loves her work very much and works without days off. Tamara needs a loan in the sum of 500,000 dram for the purchase of women's, men's and children's fall clothing for her business. This is Tamara's third loan from the Nor Horizon organization, and she has always repaid her loans on-time.
