A loan of $975 helped to buy welding supplies.

Jose Francisco's story

José, 42, is originally from the city of León. He’s married and the father of two children. He’s an auto mechanic and owns a small general welding shop. Since the age of 15 he’s been painting cars, a skill he learned working in a shop. Later on he learned how to weld and that’s when he decided to have a welding shop of his own. To date, he’s had his own shop for more than 20 years. He took out this loan to buy welding supplies like iron, chrome, metal angles, discs, electrodes. This investment will make it possible to work with more material and to have it on hand to respond to work orders efficiently. Part of his future plans is to buy a welding machine, to remodel his shop and to buy more modern work tools seeking to attain his family’s wellbeing which is his main objective.
