A loan of $725 helped to buy mobile phones to resell.

Bamar's story

Mr. Bamar is a 40-something year old man who has been working for 24 years in the domain of woodworking. He is married and the father of two children, who are 3 and 13 years old. In addition, he has a business selling mobile phones. After having dropped out of school, he chose this work in woodworking upon his parents' recommendation. He really likes to design beautiful furniture that he manages to sell easily. Another thing he likes a lot is making money, which his business brings in.

Mr. Bamar has been a member of a U-IMCEC branch since September 2008 and has already benefited from two previous loans with this institution. He is requesting a loan of 350,000 francs for financing a trip to a country bordering Senegal where he intends to buy mobile phones to resell to his customers. Increasing his profits will enable him to make some furniture, which he displays for sale.

His main goal is to develop his businesses to improve his family's living conditions.
