Mwanamisi is a married woman with four children, all of whom attend school. She owns a house that has neither electricity nor piped water. Her greatest monthly expenses are food and school fees.
For the past four years, she has operated a grocery shop business, selling at retail to her neighbors and passersby. She faces a major challenge of transportation and seasonality in her place of operation. Mwanamisi dreams of expanding her business to meet her customers' needs in the future.
With the KSHS 40,000, she wants to purchase green grocery items for resale. She decided to join Yehu to access loans to boost her business.
