A loan of $1,500 helped a member to purchase livestock.

Batma's Group's story

Batma, the leader of this group, is 31, married to a constructor, and the mother of a daughter and three sons. The daughter and the older son attend school, while the other two sons are of preschool age.

Batma breeds livestock and cultivates agricultural products, selling some part of the harvest and livestock when they need money. At the moment Batma wants to increase her number of livestock and so is requesting a loan to purchase four to five farm animals for breeding. In the near future she wants to purchase home furniture to improve the family’s living conditions.
