A loan of $700 helped to buy two milk cows.

Sadig's story

Mr. Sadig is a low-income vulnerable person. He is 38, married with five children and lives in the village of Saatli town in the south-central flat area of Azerbaijan Republic in the Caucasus region.

Sadig together with his wife (she is pictured) has a herd of milk cows and sells 100 liters of milk a day to the local milk processing shop and to the supermarket. The trade is good and Sadig can see that he could sell more milk. This requires more cattle in the herd. Sadig decided to buy two calves to breed and hence to increase monthly turnover.

He has applied for a $700 loan to Normicro Saatli branch for the purpose to buy two cows and increase number of cattle in his herd.
