A loan of $575 helped to buy stock items for his store.

Darwin Jose's story

Darwin José has had a grocery store for over six years. His constant struggle to provide his two minor children in his care with everything they need has led to improved family stability.

He starts to tend to his customers at 7am and continues until 10pm. His customers are his friends, neighbors and family members who always seek out the variety of his products. The reason for the loan is to buy basic grains, soups, canned goods, detergent and toilet paper, among others.
