Señor Miguel is 65 years old and lives in the city of Esteli. He is married and the father of 4 children. He is a businessman. He makes leather boots. He has a basic education having finished 6th grade in primary school. When he started learning the trade aged 15, he learned how to make girls' shoes, then adult shoes and later specialized in cowboy boots. It is a job he finds very enjoyable. He has been in this business for 30 years and employs traditional methods as well as a lot of style and effort.

He is asking for the credit to buy raw materials such as leather, cowhide soles, soles to make his cowboy boots. He also wants to make some improvements to his house. With this investment he will be able to buy some of the materials he needs to work. He will be able to create different styles of boots and provide a better quality product. For now, he wants to expand his business. He wants to open a bigger shop that offers cowboy boots of different styles.
