A loan of $1,100 helped to buy thread, buckles and table runners for embroidery.

Jhoana's story

Jhoana is a member of the "Sumacc Huayta" communal bank. She is 24 years old, and her business is a workshop in her home where she does embroidery and handicrafts. Although she previously she worked buying and selling clothes, she has now joined the family business and it's going very well for her.

She is grateful for all the support that has been given to her when she most needed it, and for the trainings which have helped her greatly so that she can progress.

This current loan will be used to buy thread, buckles, and table runners for embroidering.

She is saving up to be able to have a store in the town center.
