A loan of $775 helped to buy school supplies and office supplies.

Jenny Elizabeth's story

Jenny is a member of the “El Cruce hacia el Futuro” communal bank. She lives in Sinincay Parish. This place has much natural beauty and its inhabitants are very hospitable. Its cuisine is quite varied. Residents are merchants, raise livestock and farm.

Jenny is 24 years old, married and has no children yet. Her husband works as a private employee. They do not own a house. They live in her mother-in-law’s house but independently.

She has a copy center and stationery shop. She works Monday through Friday from 8am until 7pm. She’s been in business for two years.

This is the second loan with the communal bank and she’ll invest it in the purchase of school supplies and office supplies for her stationery shop. Her goal is to finish building her house; it still needs doors and windows.
