A loan of $375 helped to buy products for his grocery store and supplies for his farm.

Roberto's story

Roberto grows regional products. He takes charge of planting and harvesting on his farm. He goes there every day to see his crops, to care for and cultivate them, and to water them. He believes that in order to have a good harvest he has to give his plants a great deal of care.

He has recently started in this business, and he works alone. Sometimes he hires other people to help him plant and harvest. That way he is able to have all of his products and orders on time. He loves everything that he does. This cycle, which he is starting, will not be the exception because he likes to be out in nature. At the market he will sell yucca, bananas, chilies, peppers, and other products that he will have on his farm.

This will be his first loan with MFP. He plans to be a punctual member like he knows the others are. He also says that he is very happy with his group because they are all very kind, and they are helping him to easily integrate into the group. He hopes to be able to continue working together because the support that is offered is of great help to him.

He will use the 1,000 soles that he has requested to stock the small grocery store that he has in his house. He will buy groceries. He will also buy grains and seeds in order to be able to plant on his farm.
