A loan of $850 helped to restock on food products for resale.

Ayewaho's story

Ayewaho is 32 years old and married to a refrigeration engineer. The couple have one child. Ayewaho has been selling food products (cans of oil, sacs of rice, boxes of sugar) for 6 years. She sells her merchandise in front of her house and buys her supplies in Lomé. Her main challenge is the competition. She is requesting her first loan from WAGES so that she can restock on oil, rice and canned goods. Over the next few years, Ayewaho would like to expand her range of products and grow her business.
