Victoria nació en el departamento del Ancash al norte del Perú. Actualmente, Victoria tiene 41 años de edad, ella es casada y fruto de esta unión tiene tres hijos. Victoria desde hace 17 años que radica en la ciudad del Cusco y donde desarrolla sus actividades económicas, ella es entrenadora de yudo y en sus horas libres trabaja en el IDP (Instituto de Deporte del Perú filial Cusco). Ya son tres años que se dedica al negocio y le va muy bien. Victoria también se dedica a la venta de uniformes de Yudo. En esta oportunidad Victoria requiere el préstamo para comprar mercadería como por ejemplo uniformes de yudo. Su sueño de victoria es abrir un restaurante.

El Banco Comunal “Virgen de las Nieves” se reúne cada treinta en la ciudad del Cusco (Perú). Cusco es conocido por ser una zona muy turística, comercial y por su fiesta tradicional del Inti Raymi y también porque se encuentra una de las siete maravillas del mundo “Machupicchu”.
