Karalgul is seventy-nine and retired after forty-nine years teaching high school geography and becoming a Kyrgyz Republic "Outstanding Achiever in Education." He is known as a principled, driven, and responsible man.

In 1992, in pursuit of additional means to support his large family, Karagul started a livestock business. With 45,000KGS in initial capital, he managed to turn his farm into a successful establishment with two horses, fifteen sheep, five goats, and a cow. Thanks to profits from managing the business, Karagul was able to help his children get their own houses. Nowadays, Karagul has income from selling milk and meat products on the order of 15,000KGS per month.

Karagul has come to Bai Tushum and Partners for a loan of 40,000KGS to buy two calves so he can increase his earnings, which he plans to use to do repairs on his house.

Начав со стартового капитала в сумме 45,000 сом (KGS) , Карагул сумел превратить свою ферму в преуспевающее хозяйство, поголовье которого состоит из 2 лошадей, 15 овец, 5 коз и одной коровы. Благодаря прибыли от ведения хозяйства, Карагул смог помочь своим детям обзавестись собственным жильем. На сегодняшний день, Карагул имеет прибыль от продажи молочных и мясных продуктов в сумме 15,000 сом (KGS) ежемесячно. В целях дальнейшего развития своего бизнеса, Карагул обратился в компанию «Бай – Тушум и Партнеры» за кредитом в сумме 40,000 сом (KGS) на покупку 2 телят. Прибыль Карагул планирует использовать на ремонт дома.
