La Señora Gladis es de la ciudad de Santaní, ella tiene una Ropería y Zapatería en la zona del Mercado Municipal. Se define como una mujer muy emprendedora, trabajadora y creativa. Vivió por mucho tiempo en el extranjero de donde trajo un poco de capital y abrió para su puesto de trabajo.
Comenta que le llevo mucho esfuerzo y trabajo lograr lo que ha tenido hasta hoy, pero manifiesta que seguirá trabajando duramente para poder seguir creciendo y expandiendo su negocio. Dice que todo lo que realiza es por ayudar a su familia, ya que desea darles lo mejor y que no tengan que pasar por ningún tipo de necesidades. Una de sus metas es tener una gran tienda donde pueda atraer a mas clientes y con ello aumentar sus ingresos.
