A loan of $375 helped to buy carts and cargo tricycles to transport her harvested crops.

Justina's story

Justina, 55, is a simple and hardworking woman who lives in her house with her husband and their three children, and what she most desires is to have a peaceful old age. Justina has worked very hard on her farm and therefore her crops have been abundant and productive. She takes them to sell in San Francisco where she gets the best prices for her cacao plants, coffee and citrus fruit since she has loyal customers who buy all wholesale. What she most likes about her work is protecting her plantings from the insect infestations that can affect the crops.
She has been farming for 35 years and what she considers the most difficult is transporting the products because transport vehicles are few and far between in this part of the city. That is why she is requesting a loan so that she can buy cargo tricycles and carts so that she can move the products. She plans on working with the same effort in the future since she wants her children to become professionals.

This will be her fourth loan with MFP and she made her previous payments punctually so as to pay off the loans. She hopes that you will help so that she may continue progressing and she thanks the lenders for supporting her in her work. She will use the 1,000 new sols to buy carts and cargo tricycles so that she can transport her harvest.
