A loan of $1,225 helped a member to purchase livestock.

Ainagul's Group's story

Ainagul is the leader of this group. She is 46 and married to a tractor driver. Together with her husband, she has raised a son and five daughters. The son works in construction, the youngest daughter studies at school and the other daughters are working in a sewing workshop. A year ago, with an initial investment of 10,000 soms, the family started to breed livestock. Nowadays the prices rise sufficiently. Therefore, they can gain a good profit if they run the business efficiently. At the moment, the monthly profit from reselling livestock is about 5,000 soms. This profit made it possible for Ainagul to purchase furniture to improve the family’s living conditions. With money received from the loan, she wants to purchase more livestock for breeding, fattening and reselling. --- Where Did This Loan Come From? --- This loan is brought to you by Mol Bulak Finance (MBF), a young, ambitious and socially-focused Microfinance Institution in Kyrgyzstan.
