A loan of $875 helped a member to buy hens and curds.

El Buen Pastor Group's story

The Communal Bank “El Buen Pastor” (The Good Shepherd) was formed as a result of several individuals joining together. All of the members work together in their activities in an atmosphere that promotes solidarity and mutual respect. They define themselves as heads of households who strive day after day to earn more income so that they can provide their children and relatives a better life.

Sra. Catalina has been selling curds and hens for more than 30 years. Her dream is to someday see her daughter become a professional. She is requesting a loan to buy hens and curds.
