A loan of $1,100 helped to buy balanced feed for his animals and make some repairs on his farm.

Moises's story

Moisés, 37, lives with his wife and children in his own house, which has only electricity and is located in the rural area of the district of San José, in the province of Chiclayo. The activities in this area are fishing, agriculture, and livestock.

Moisés has raised cattle for several years. The pen is outside his house. He feeds the animals balanced feed and natural grasses so he will get good milk production. He offers the milk to the residents of the area or takes it to the market in Chiclayo and Lambayeque to sell. He has a steady clientele because of the good quality of his milk. With his income he pays for all his family obligations.

Moisés has requested a loan of 3000 PEN from Edpyme Alternativa to buy additional balanced feed and to make some repairs on his farm. When the cows are well fed, the milk production will increase. In this way he will be able to get a better price to be able to cover his loan and improve his family's quality of life. Moisés is a hardworking and responsible person who, with his business, only wants to be able to offer his children other academic opportunities.
