A loan of $1,200 helped to buy a variety of women's and men's clothing in order to increase sales.

Glenda Esther's story

Glenda sells new clothing and cosmetics, and has been doing this for several years. She is the mother of 2 children.

She started with her own money, and has increased her sales with financing from 6 loans granted by Afodenic. Glenda has support from her children, who work on a small farm in the North.

Her plan is to set up and stock a store in her home, and in this way stabilize her business. Currently she sells door-to-door and from her house. She sells the cosmetics through catalogue orders. She always keeps merchandise on hand, as over the the years, she has attracted a clientele.

She will use this new loan to buy men's and women's pants by the dozen, shirts, shorts, skirts, perfumes, sandals and shoes; managing to increase her sales, and fill customer orders.
