A loan of $1,100 helped to buy manure and fertilizers.

Paulino's story

Paulino is originally from the city of San Francisco. He is 32 years old, single and very enthusiastic in his work. He lives at his parents' home and works hard to provide for his future family. Paulino works hard in his farm, where he grows different tropical plants such as cocoa, coffee and pinaple fruit. After the harvest he sells them in San Francisco, where he already knows several buyers. They know of the quality of his products and don't hesitate to meet him and buy all of his products.

What he enjoys the most about his work is sowing the fields and making them fertile and productive. He has been in this line of business for 5 years and thinks that the main difficulty is fighting the insect plagues in the fruit. He fights them naturally, using traps and nets to avoid damaging the environment.

In the future he hopes to continue to save money because he would like to buy more land. This will be his sixth loan with MFP and he has paid back previous loans on time. He hopes to benefit once more from the loan and is very grateful in advance to everyone providing him with a loan. He will invest the 3,000 soles requested in the purchase of manure and fertilizers to improve the quality of his land and crops.
