A loan of $1,100 helped to buy sacks of rice and sugar, oil and canned goods.

Noemi's story

25-year-old Noemí is a single and hard-working young woman who has a desire to succeed in life. She lives in her own home and what she most wants is to make better income so that she can provide her future family with financial stability. Through her work, Noemí tries to improve her living conditions. She is a saleswoman and has a grocery store where she sells a variety of essential household products. Noemí's store is very popular with her customers. She opens the doors of her business very early in the morning and is ready to receive her first customers. Knowing that she has a good range of merchandise in her store, her customers don't hesitate to buy from her since they know that they will find what they need.

What Noemí most enjoys about her work is chatting to her customers. She has been in this business for five years and she considers the most difficult part of her work to be having to stay on her feet nearly all day. Over time, she plans to increase her profits and expand her store.

This is Noemí's second loan and she hopes to receive the support of each and every one of you in making progress in her work. She will use the 3,000 soles that she has requested to stock her business with essential household products such as rice, sugar, oil and canned goods.
