Rhoda is a married woman with two children, both of whom attend school. She owns a house that neither has electricity nor piped water. Her greatest monthly expense is food for the family.
For the past five years, she has operated a business buying and selling goats at the market and from home. She faces a major challenge of seasonality in her area of operation. Rhoda dreams of expanding her business and establishing a butcher shop in the future.
With the Kshs 25,000 she wants to purchase goats for resale. She decided to join Yehu to access loans to boost her business.
