A loan of $375 helped to buy more merchandise to stock his business.

Jose De La Rosa's story

31-year-old José lives in a house belonging to some family members together with his wife and daughter. The only basic service the house receives is electricity. It is located in the urban area of Olmos district, in Lambayeque department. This area is noted for its farming and livestock raising.

For three years, José has been selling essential household products (milk, oil, sugar, toilet paper, tuna, etc), candies and drinks. His business is located in his home for his convenience. He uses the profits that he makes from selling his products to try and cover all his family's daily expenses.

In order to stock his business, José has requested a loan for 1,000 soles from Edpyme Alternativa to buy more merchandise. His goal is to grow his business and have products in stock to offer his customers so that he can cover his needs. José is a responsible and hard-working person who would like his business to grow so that he can continue helping his daughter and wife financially.
