A loan of $500 helped to buy more merchandise for her business.

Delfa's story

49-year-old Delfa lives with her family in her own home which has water and electricity. Her home is located in the rural part of Olmos district, in Lambayeque department. This area is noted for its farming and livestock raising.

For five years, Delfa has been selling essential household products (milk, oil, toilet paper, tuna, etc) and drinks. Her business is located in her own home for her safety. She uses the profits that she makes from selling her products to try and cover all her expenses and improve her family's standard of living.

In order to stock her business, Delfa has requested a loan for 1,300 soles from Edpyme Alternativa to buy more merchandise. Her sole goal is to increase the size of her business and have products in stock to offer her customers so that she can cover her personal expenses. Delfa is a responsible and committed person who, through her hard work, would like her business to grow so that she can continue helping her family financially.
