A loan of $2,000 helped a member to buy ladies' and men's suits for sale.

Plawn Group's story

Greetings from Zimbabwe! This is 43-year-old Nomusa from Gweru. She is widowed with two children, ages 19 and 22, both attending school. She also cares for two dependents.

Nomusa runs a clothing business selling a variety of clothes. The business has been in operation for 18 years. She says the main challenges faced are debtors not paying on time and working capital shortages. Nomusa has requested a loan of 400 USD to buy men's and women’s suits for resale. She says the extra income generated as a result of this loan will allow her to pay her children's school fees. In the future, Nomusa plans to open a boutique and employ workers.
