A loan of $750 helped to buy construction materials.

Erika's story

Erika is 31 years old and lives with her sister and parents in their own house. She has been renting out apartments and studios for 6 years. She started this business with limited savings and a loan to purchase a property to rent out. With time, her working capital has increased to the point where she now has various properties under her possession, which she continues to rent out.

She likes this business because it is profitable since there is a high demand to rent properties in her city. Her goal for the future is to go into real estate on a large scale. This is her second time requesting a loan with MFP (Microfinanciera Prisma). Erika is very happy to be part of this very tight-knit group. With the requested loan, she will purchase construction materials to remodel the infrastructure of one of her rental properties.
