Maria Doraliza's story

María is a 61-year-old mother. She lives in her own home which has water and electricity. Her home is located in Zaña district, in Chiclayo province. This area is noted for its farming, livestock raising and tourism.

María has a food business. She works as a itinerant street vendor in a very busy area. She has been in this business for several years. She has her own customer base and is requesting this loan for 2,000 Peruvian soles from Edpyme Alternativa to buy supplies and utensils so that she can continue providing a good service and meeting the needs of her customers. She will use the income she makes to repay her loan and improve her daughter's quality of life.

Through her work and her desire to get ahead in life, María has gained the trust and respect of her neighbors, showing that when somebody sets themselves a goal, they can achieve it. Her goal is to create a better future for her daughter.
