A loan of $600 helped to buy supplies like corn, water, lime, propane gas, and firewood, etc.

Lidia Jeanette's story

Lidia Jeanette, age 22, lives in the family house with her mother and sister. She sells delicious tortillas, which she makes at home. She then sells them at the central market where she lives.

She sells at a place that is very accessible and crowded with people. Lidia’s business is especially busy because she always has delicious, wholesome tortillas at the time they are needed. Many people prefer her because of the effort she puts into her work and for her kindness.

Lidia is a hard-working young woman. In spite of her young age she is very indomitable. She takes her work very seriously, and she is very responsible with her business activities.

She decided to request a loan from INTEGRAL to buy supplies like corn, water, lime, propane gas, and firewood, etc. She will do this in order to give better service and to be able to sell a greater quantity of her delicious tortillas.

She hopes that the level of her sales increases and that she will manage to have a better quality of life.
