A loan of $500 helped to buy bread, soft drinks, snacks, juice, and soap for her business.

Mariana's story

Mariana is 53 years old. She is married and lives with her 17 year old daughter. She runs a store where she offers customers basic necessity items such as oil, sugar, and beans. She has had this business for more than 20 years. She works there Monday through Sunday from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

She will buy merchandise for the business such as bread, soft drinks, snacks, juice, and soap. This will increase her inventory, giving her customers more satisfaction and increasing her sales.

Mariana's goal is for the customers to find every thing they need for their homes at her business. That is why she intends to stabilize her business through loans.
