A loan of $450 helped to purchase poultry to boost his business.

James's story

James is a resident of Kitale, Western Kenya. He is 24 years old and married with a two-year-old child. He has been in the poultry farming business for four years, and he sells his eggs and birds to the local market. He also runs a motorcycle transport business.

James has requested a loan of 40,000 KES from Juhudi Kilimo to purchase more poultry to boost his business. He says that the improved income from farming will enable him to improve his family's living standards and pay for his children's education in better schools.

He adds that a shortage of poultry feed is a challenge, but he is glad to have Juhudi's loan services.
