A loan of $650 helped to buy clothing to later sell.

Delcker De Jesus's story

Delker de Jesus is from a place where the people are very united, because when there is a festival everyone helps to organize the celebration. She is married to Salvador, and they have a dependent child.

Delker requests a loan to purchase clothing for women, men, boys and girls. She will later sell this clothing in the communities close to her town. She has been doing this work for 2 years and 8 months, and she comments that it is going well and is giving her good results.

She was motivated to start this business so that she could help out her family by contributing more income to the household. This way she can improve their quality of life, and in fact, she is seeing this happen.

What she most desires is that with this activity, she will be able to save to expand her business. This is what motivates her to keep on working so that she can support her child's education.
