A loan of $475 helped to buy merchandise for his business.

Cesar's story

Cesar is a very hardworking and responsible man who got divorced from his wife a few years ago due to circumstances that were beyond his control. Although the loss was great after years of living together in the marriage, he pushed ahead and took refuge in his job in order to forget his pain. Cesar has had his own grocery store, called “Miscelánea C.,” for 15 years; it is located in his house. In the store, he offers a variety of products for sale, including: snacks, soft drinks, dairy products, tortillas, canned goods, and more. This business has been his sole source of income as well as his place of refuge. He wants to buy more merchandise so that he can stock the store better and obtain greater earnings.
