Mwanamkuu's story

Mwanamkuu is a married woman with one boy who attends school. She lives in a rental house with electricity but no running water and her greatest monthly expenses are food and school fees. For the past two years, Mwanamkuu has operated a restaurant and her customers are neighbors and community members. Her major business challenges are competition and seasonality.
