A loan of $750 helped a member to buy groceries.

Bashiraan's Group's story

Bashiraan is married and her husband has a business selling groceries. He runs a grocery shop where he sells daily-use items such as spices, sugar etc. He is very fair in his rates and offers his customers good variety to choose their required products.

Bashiraan is the mother of two sons and a daughter. Both of her sons also operate grocery businesses while her daughter is studying in class 10. She has applied for a loan from Kiva partner Asasah for the further expansion of her husband’s business. With the loan, he will buy groceries in bulk to be able to put in his shop for fulfilling the orders on time and increasing his profits.

Bashiraan is confident that an investment will bring positive changes to his business and her family will be able to live better as a result.
