Arnaud Junior's story

This client is 25 years old, unmarried, and a high school graduate. He has one child who is 20 months old. Not having had the means to attend a university, he enrolled in a school for making pastries. He obtained his pastry diploma and, using very little money, he started off with a batch of madeleines, croissants, brioches, and bread with chocolate that he now delivers each morning to shops in his sector. He also established sales outlets, where youngsters doing odd jobs help him sell his goods. At day's end, he pays them according to the revenues from their sales. Upon being granted his loan, he is going to bolster his inventory of goods by buying a new wood oven, some new molds, two 50-kg sacks of flour, a 50-kg sack of sugar, 50 liters of oil, two boxes of eggs, some flavorings, and a 25-kg bag of milk. His sales amount to 30,000 to 50,000 francs per day. He has a large customer base. For the future, he is thinking of opening a tea house.
