Kuuljan's Group's story

Kuuljan is the leader of this group. She is 46 and she is divorced. She has raised two daughters. The first daughter is in Russia and the second daughter helps her mom with housework. Ten years ago Kuuljan’s father presented her with a sewing machine, and since that time she has been taking orders and sewing Kyrgyz national clothing. In this way she earns about 3,000 soms per month.

With money received from the loan she wants to purchase fabrics and dressmaking supplies which are needed for sewing. In the future Kuuljan wants to see her daughters get married.
