Divino Niño Jesus Group's story

"Divino Niño Jesús" is the name of this communal bank. This group of women was formed in the city of Ita, thanks to the current director, who contacted a loan officer to find out about how the Comité de Mujeres Emprendedoras works. Once informed about the program, she managed to gather together 15 women who are now working together very well in their 8th loan cycle; this group has been working in the program with great solidarity and cooperation.

Dina has a business selling garments, and through this work she has been able to get ahead and support her family. She comments that she always has customers who request the items that she sells. One of her goals is to have her own store where she could display the garments that she has, and in this way attract more customers. She is considered to be an enterprising woman who is tenacious and very responsible.

Dina requests a loan to buy winter clothing, so that in this way she can fill her customer's orders. She is grateful to the Fundación for providing her with this opportunity.

In this group: Dina Raquel, Librada, Francisca, Crismilda, Elena, Florencia, Maria, Mirian, Mirna, Nilce, Rosana, Liduvina, Rosa, Maria, Diana
