Hayam is a 35-year-old young woman. She is married and has five sons and two daughters. She lives in Rafah City in Gaza Strip located in Palestine. Her husband is a Palestinian National Authority employee who gets a decent salary. His salary is the only source of income the family has. Hayam wants to help pay the university fees for one of her sons. For this reason, and because of the low income the family has, Hayam need to take a loan of $1,000 from FATEN. When Hayam gets the FATEN loan, she will help her son to continue his university study and enable him to have a better education level. Hayam is a conservative woman, so her husband is photographed instead in the FATEN branch.
