A loan of $525 helped to buy equipment and supplies (cement, 30/30 tubes, sheet metal) and to pay for labor.

Jean Christophe's story

Jean Christophe was born in Rwanda. He is married and has three children, from 2 to 5 years old. Four of the children are in school. He completed 6 years of secondary school.

Jean Christophe runs a restaurant and also sells hardware store products. This loan cycle is his first one with ACB. He is going to use his loan to buy supplies (cement, 30/30 tubes, sheet metal) for renovating his restaurant and for covering the cost of labor. His strategy for the growth of his business is to minimize prices.

In the next few years, Jean Christophe would like to be a major merchant in his region and to be the distributor of construction supplies. With the profits, he would like to improve the well-being of his family and to educate his children.
