A loan of $900 helped to replace a door and window, and to buy a toilet so that he can achieve better hygiene for his family.

Walther Mauricio's story

Walter is a photographer by profession. He has been working in this trade for more than 16 years in order to get his family ahead in life. Walter is married and has three children. His wife sells clothes and together they support each other so that they are able to balance their expenses.

Walter has been able to improve his home through loans from Afodenic. This is his eighth loan cycle. He has used all of his loans to improve the infrastructure of his home and this has been of great benefit to his family.

As a father, Walter would like a better home for his children. For this reason, he pushes himself to work more and more every day, acquiring more customers and visiting more places, as there is a lot of competition.

What Walter will do with this new loan is replace his door and window with grilles as they are very old and worn. He will also buy a toilet to achieve better hygiene for his household.
