Divino Niño Jesus Group's story

This communal bank was launched by Mrs Sara who invited and organised her friends and neighbours to form a part of the Comité de Mujeres Emprendedoras. They glady accepted the invitation and the group was formed. Currently there are 20 women in the group. Mrs Sara has been in a relationship with Mr Julio for the last 13 years. He works in various trades such as plumbing, masonry and electrical work. They have 2 daughters, both minors, who attend school. Mrs Sara sells groceries. She says that she has many customers who always buy from her. She considers herself to be a very good cook. One of her dreams is to have a diner where many would be able to enjoy her cooking.

She is asking for a loan to buy consumables for cooking such as meat, seasonings, baked goods. She is very happy and grateful for the opportunity afforded her by the Fundación.
