Baktygul's Group's story

Baktygul is the treasurer of this group. She is 55 and married to a teacher. Together with her husband, she brings up two sons, both of whom work in construction in Bishkek. Baktygul works in the post office. Together with her husband, she also breeds livestock animals. By reselling livestock after fattening, the family earns an additional 5,000 soms per month. With money received from the loan, she wants to purchase more livestock for breeding. In the future, with the profits gained from reselling livestock, she wants to purchase a house in Bishkek (the capital of Kyrgyzstan).
