Run is 51 years old, and is a rice seller who earns $4 per day. She is a single mother with one child. He is working in Thailand; his income is $6 per day. Every month, she has to spend $30 on food, $10 on electricity, and another $5 on other expenses. She would like to request a loan of $500 to buy rice for resale. This loan will help her to have enough money to buy rice for selling, and she hopes to have more money to buy a stock of rice to sell when there is a good price.
