La señora Justina, tiene 48 años de edad vive con su pareja (concubino), hace mas de 7 años, viven en casa propia en la zona Los Claveles. La Sra. Justina tiene su venta de abarrotes en su vivienda hace unos 5 años. Sus compras la realiza en los mercados abasto y la ramada de la ciudad de Santa Cruz, para ella le es difícil salir a la ciudad, por tal motivo se compra por mayor y estas compras las realiza una vez por semana. El crédito otorgado a la señora Justina es para la compra de mercadería para aumentar su capital de trabajo. La señora Justina esta muy agradecida con la institución por otorgarle el crédito.
