A loan of $225 helped to buy manure and pesticides for his corn crops.

Juan Ovidio's story

Juan cultivates basic grains. He lives with his wife and three children aged 16, 6, and 2. His father taught him to farm, and he works from 4am until 11am. He is currently cultivating corn, and to support this effort he needs supplies such as manure and pesticides. He needs these supplies a lot, first to plant his crops and second, to prevent pests. This loan will be a great help to Jose, because it will allow him to buy the supplies that he will use to improve his crops, so that he can sell them and feed his family.

With these good results he will have better security for his family members, since with the sale of his crops he will have the cash in hand to cover other necessities.
